Fees
Full Property Management:
20% of the monthly rental income + VAT
Additional Services
If full management is not in place, services are charged separately:
- additional property visits
- key duplication

- safety checks

Fee:
€100 + VAT per service
Additional:
- mileage costs (€0.40/km outside Lisbon area)
